Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Playing Field
The facilities have continued to expand over the years and are now probably one of the best grass playing fields in North Wiltshire. Because of its delightful location families spend many happy hours in the field relaxing and hopefully enjoying good weather whilst the children play in safety.
The use of all the facilities are free to all comers although Tennis Players do, but are not expected to, make voluntary donations towards the upkeep of the Court.
The equipment on the field is inspected annually by RoSPA in order to comply with Health and Safety Regulations and on a weekly basis a visual inspection is carried out by volunteers on a rota basis to comply with the Parish Council’s Insurers requirements.
The grass is cut regularly by a local contractor under contract to the Parish Council.
